Refund & Cancellation Policy

By doing business with NWI Investment Holding, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Refunds are generally only processed under the following specific conditions:
No Activity: If a client deposits funds but has not yet done any business, they may request a full refund of their amount
Verification Failure: If a client’s account cannot be verified during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, the company will return the funds to the original source.
Technical Error: If a confirmed platform error resulted in an overcharge or incorrect balance, the company will rectify the balance or refund the difference.
Refund: Refers to returning the original deposit to the initial payment source (e.g., the credit card or bank account used).
Withdrawal: Refers to the removal of business profits. Withdrawals are subject to the standard withdrawal processing times and fees.
NWI INVESTMENT HOLDING does not offer refunds for:
Business Losses: Financial losses resulting from Low bsinress or loss of business are the sole responsibility of the client.
Service Fees: Commissions and service fees incurred during Business Activities
Digital Products: Fees for educational materials, expert advisors (EAs), or signal services once they have been accessed.
To prevent money laundering, all refunds must follow these rules:
Original Source: Funds will only be returned to the exact payment method and account holder name used for the deposit.
Identity Verification: No refund will be processed until the client provides a valid government-issued ID and proof of residence.
Review Period: Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Transfer Time: Once approved, the time for funds to appear depends on the provider (Credit cards: 5–10 days; Wire transfers: 3–5 days).
